KEY COLLECTION SERVICE - TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Service Scope

1.1. The Key Collection Service is available exclusively within Leiden. For services outside of Leiden, please contact us for further arrangements.

2. Booking and Scheduling

2.1. All bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
2.2. Customers must provide accurate details including location, time, and contact information.
2.3. Changes to bookings must be communicated at least 12 hours prior to the scheduled collection time.

3. Key Collection and Delivery

3.1. Keys will be collected from the specified location and delivered to the designated address as per the customer's instructions.
3.2. The customer must ensure that keys are available at the agreed collection point at the scheduled time.
3.3. Urban People Cleaning is not responsible for any delays or issues arising from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

4. Security and Responsibility

4.1. Urban People Cleaning takes all reasonable measures to ensure the security and safety of your keys during collection and delivery.
4.2. The company is not liable for any loss or damage to keys after they have been successfully delivered to the designated address.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

5.1. Cancellations made at least 12 hours before the scheduled collection time will receive a full refund.
5.2. Cancellations made within 12 hours of the scheduled collection time are non-refundable.
5.3. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of the cancellation confirmation.

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1. Urban People Cleaning will not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Key Collection Service.
6.2. Our liability for any direct damages related to the service shall not exceed the total fee paid for the specific key collection service.

7. Customer Obligations

7.1. Customers must ensure the keys are legally theirs to hand over and that no laws or agreements are violated in using our service.
7.2. Customers must inform Urban People Cleaning of any special handling requirements or specific instructions for the keys.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

8.1. Personal information provided by customers will be used solely for the purpose of providing the Key Collection Service.
8.2. Urban People Cleaning is committed to protecting customer privacy and will not share personal information with third parties without consent.

9. Governing Law

9.1. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.
9.2. Any disputes arising from the Key Collection Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the Netherlands.
